Cobbs Court

Project Summary

Pauley Ltd was appointed for a second time by David Coles Architects (DCA) to deliver building works to their new offices at Bank House, Olney. The project involved the refurbishment and extension of a prominent former NatWest Bank building on the High Street, close to the market square and within the Conservation Area.

The brief focused on creating bright, spacious and flexible office accommodation across three floors, while carefully retaining the character of the historic building. Works included repairs and refurbishment to the building frontage, internal reconfiguration, and the introduction of modern services to support a growing architectural practice.
